I begin with choosing the basic ingredients, or rather, the suppliers. I prefer working with Italian producers, in particular, Tuscan suppliers who continuously provide us with fresh flowers, fruit and leaves that we use to perform the extractions which make the products fragrant: a word that evokes a lot of good things, such as fresh bread just taken out of the oven. 

Maintaining this fragrance is the chemist's job and a matter of experience. My products are a combination of nature and chemistry, in which science and technology play a crucial role: chemistry is always present, it is in nature itself, it depends on the use we make of it, technology is knowledge and synthesis. All the factors play a fundamental role in order for a product to be truly effective. 

People, however, make the difference: I can count on a very united team. I would do nothing alone, I communicate constantly with my team and collaborators: cosmetologists, beauticians, technicians, workers, naturopaths, herbalists, doctors, pharmacists and journalists. I am sure that people arrive on their own, when the time is right. A company is hard work and dedication and having motivated people around me is a great source of energy for me, as I always feel the need to create and work on new projects. 

Super Tuscan is the latest Hur line. It is a tribute to the land I feel I belong to, Tuscany: I love its harmonious nature, as well as its people, so authentic....and a bit light-hearted at times.While all this is part of my DNA, I am also attracted to all things different and variegated- only seemingly distant- to the usages, customs and colors of a multiracial society. This new line is, in fact, the fruit of such a cultural synthesis, not only because the ingredients come from many different countries, but mostly because of the way they are paired. 

The results of the Super Tuscan products have exceeded all my expectations: designed for the more mature skin type, the results are visible after the very first routines. The face changes in a noticeable way. 

At present, I am working on about a hundred new formulas, but I don't want to overthink it, life is better if you focus on the here and now.
